This year as well, the team of SIA “Auto pārstrāde” attended the largest automotive industry event in the Baltics — the exhibition Auto 2026, which took place at the International Exhibition Centre Ķīpsala from April 24 to 26.

The company’s stand invited visitors to view a vehicle from a different perspective — not only as a means of transportation, but also as a collection of resources whose life continues even after the end of its operation.
To attract audiences of all ages and educate them about car recycling in an engaging way, several interactive activities were offered:
CORNHOLE
An opportunity to test precision in the popular beanbag toss game. Can you hit the target from a distance? This activity received great interest — children, youth, and adults all participated with enthusiasm.
VERTICAL MAZE
A game that requires calmness, patience, and coordination. Using control strings, visitors had to guide a ball to the target, avoiding obstacles and accurately reaching the correct opening.
THEMED PUZZLE
For the youngest visitors, a large-format puzzle on the theme of car recycling was prepared, allowing them to learn about the recycling process in a playful way. In practice, this activity proved especially popular — children engaged with great interest, and often parents joined in, creating a shared and bonding family experience.
Participation in the exhibition was an excellent opportunity not only to reach a wide audience but also to promote understanding of sustainable vehicle management and the importance of recycling in the modern transport industry.
