TERMS USED IN THE RULES: 1.1. LOTTERY – Act Right 2022
1.2. SERVICE PROVIDER – Provider of services within the LOTTERY: SIA "Auto pārstrāde", registration number 50003716001, legal address: Granīta street 13A, Riga, Latvia, LV-1057.
1.3. ORGANIZER – Representative of the SERVICE PROVIDER organizing the LOTTERY: SIA “FRESH MEDIA”, registration number 50103488111, legal address: Lāčplēša street 27-22, LV-1011, Riga, Latvia.
1.4. RULES – these LOTTERY rules, approved by the Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection, available on the website https://www.autoparstrade.lv/, and binding to all LOTTERY participants.

PLACE OF THE LOTTERY: 2.1. The lottery takes place in the Republic of Latvia. Services are provided at the SERVICE PROVIDER's legal address: Granīta street 13A, Riga, Latvia, LV-1057.

LOTTERY TIMELINE: 3.1. LOTTERY period: from October 4, 2022, to October 26, 2022.
3.2. Registration period: from October 4, 2022, to October 23, 2022.
3.3. Prize draw: October 26, 2022, at 12:00.
3.4. Prize distribution: from October 26, 2022, to December 17, 2022.

PRIZES: 4.1. The total prize fund value is EUR 797.49 (seven hundred ninety-seven euros and 49 cents), consisting of five prizes as follows:

One Neoline T24 electric scooter – EUR 352.20;
One bicycle Kross Hexagon, universal, white/black/grey, 26" – EUR 408.99;
One Toyota C-HR with a full tank for a weekend from SIA "AMSERV Motors" – EUR 12.10;
One KIA Sportage with a full tank for a weekend from SIA "Forum Auto" – EUR 12.10;
One Škoda Fabia with a full tank for a weekend from SIA "Verte Auto" – EUR 12.10.
PARTICIPATION TERMS: 5.1. Anyone who hands over their car for recycling to SIA “Auto pārstrāde” that matches the description in Annex No. 1 at Granīta street 13A, Riga, Latvia, LV-1057, and marks their wish to register for the LOTTERY when receiving the service can participate.
5.2. To participate, the CLIENT must hand over their car during the time specified in clause 3.2 at Granīta street 13A, Riga, Latvia, LV-1057, and provide their name, surname, email, and phone number, along with consent to register for the LOTTERY.
5.3. Services completed outside the period specified in clause 3.1 do not qualify.
5.4. The number of SERVICES qualifying for the LOTTERY is not limited.
5.5. All qualifying SERVICES registered participate in the prize draw.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 6.1. The ORGANIZER forecasts 100 participants, from whom prize winners will be drawn in accordance with clause 4.1. Every 20th participant has a chance to win.

PARTICIPANTS' CONTRIBUTION: 7.1. To participate, the CLIENT must hand over their car according to clause 5. Registration is free.

DETERMINING THE WINNERS: 8.1. Winners will be determined by random draw from all registered CLIENT purchases using RANDOM.ORG.
8.2. SIA “FRESH MEDIA” organizes the draw, informs the SERVICE PROVIDER about the winners, and notifies the winners.
8.3. The draw is conducted at the SIA “FRESH MEDIA” office, Lāčplēša street 27-22, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia.

ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS: 9.1. Results (names and prizes) will be published at https://www.autoparstrade.lv/ and SIA “Auto pārstrāde” Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/auto.parstrade/ on 26.10.2022.

PRIZE COLLECTION: 10.1. Winners must collect their prize at SIA "Auto pārstrāde", Granīta street 13A, Riga, Latvia, LV-1057 by the deadline stated in clause 3.4, with an ID document. After the deadline, prizes will not be issued and remain with the SERVICE PROVIDER.
10.2. Winners will be informed via SMS or email provided during registration. If the email is incorrect, winners must contact the ORGANIZER themselves.
10.3. Prizes will not be sent by mail, courier, or parcel locker.
10.4. Prizes are not exchangeable for another product, service, or money.

COMPLAINTS HANDLING: 11.1. The LOTTERY is conducted according to Latvian legislation. Participants can submit complaints until December 17, 2022, either in writing at the ORGANIZER’s office or electronically with a secure electronic signature to [email protected], with a detailed description and evidence. Complaints received after the deadline will not be considered.
11.2. Reasoned complaints will be reviewed and answered within 15 calendar days.
11.3. Neither the ORGANIZER nor any other involved party is responsible for:

Participant expenses or losses related to the prize;
Consequences arising from incorrect registration or inaccuracies by the participant.
OTHER RULES: 12.1. Employees of SIA “FRESH MEDIA” and SIA “Auto pārstrāde” and their family members (spouse, child, grandchild, sibling, parent, grandparent) cannot participate. Any violation results in forfeiture of the prize.
12.2. Personal data is processed strictly according to Latvian regulations for identifying winners and delivering prizes. Clients can prohibit further data processing by submitting a written request to SIA “FRESH MEDIA”, resulting in deletion from the LOTTERY.

Annex No. 1
Description of the vehicle to be recycled:

The car must have all wheels (tires with rims) in their designated places;
The car must have a working battery;
The car must have internal wiring in place;
The fuel tank must contain only fuel;
The car must have an engine and a gearbox;
No legal obstacles to de-registration (no CSDD restrictions).
Additional conditions for the recyclable car:

If the car does not meet the above, a standard price applies.
If inappropriate liquids/materials are found, it is treated as contamination and a reduced standard price applies.
The car must not contain construction or household waste; otherwise, it may be refused.
Only the owner, indicated in the registration certificate, can hand over the car and participate.
